Movements of special visitors at
Brussels
Airport (BRU/EBBR) but also including Melsbroek (EBMB). Criteria
used for "special".
Included:
-all military serials (since March 2008)
-ad hoc pax & cargo charters
-upgrade/downgrade equipment on scheduled services. However if these occur
more than 5 times a month they will be omitted (rule accepted since June
2008).
-replacement equipment by another airline on scheduled or charter services
of common airlines
-inaugural/end scheduled and "scheduled charter" services by commercial
carriers
-test and first commercial flights of new Belgian registered planes
-last commercial flights of Belgian registered planes
-delivery and final departure flights of (future/past) Belgian registered
planes
-divertions of commercial planes
-demonstrations of commercial planes
-fuel stops/technical stops of commercial planes
-new, special, non standard c/s of commercial planes (on their first visit
only)
-maintenance checks (including re-registrations) and storage of commercial
planes
-governmental aircraft (including bizjets)
-bizjets when using "commercial size aircraft" (like the Airbus, Boeing,
Douglas series, etc...)
-special reasons like aircraft having serious accidents, being b/u,
paintings for filming, etc.
Excluded:
-all normal commercial traffic
-all small size bizjets/props.
Reports were collected via sightings on the field or SBS reports, but also
a special thank to

for filling some gaps. Addendums/correction welcome via mail, credit is

On December 31 2011, publication of these
movements was suspended and replaced by
BRU ACARS
