22 | During the night a couple of rain & sleet showers, and these continued during the day, but becoming more an more wintry. At 1220 one rumble of thunder did occur, repeated by a few other ones around 1320. This latter shower (mostly with snow pellets) gave briefly a wintry coat of around 0,5 cm. At 2100 a snow shower turned the landscape a bit wintry again, afterwards mostly clear skies with subzero temperatures. A pictorial report of these events can be found here. Today, early morning & afternoon, a couple of weak thunderstorms over provinces West & Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerp & Brabant. Top snow cover: Mont Rigi 15 cm. 23 | Tmin -1,7°C. Before sunrise becoming As overcast, from 1230 the first flurries, between 1430-1830 light to moderate falls of snow giving 5 cm. Afterwards the temperature did rise slowly above zero, so the thaw began. Pictorial events are shown here. Top snow: Mont Rigi 23 cm. 24 | By sunrise only trails of snow were left. After a few breaks becoming overcast with from 1215 on light rain & snow, turning to snow by 1300 lasting till 1430.
