| 13 | After a "clear" sunrise temporary misty & St overcast, breaking into Cu towards forenoon. From 1400 on the Cu developed further into some nice Cb clouds. Some animations can be found with movie1 and movie2. A couple of light showers were the result, and even one thunder was heard in the NE. Total 1 mm. Towards sunset all these showers collapsed. Over West-Vlaanderen, between De Haan - Knokke, these showers were briefly severe with local flooding and a rather high lightning intensity. |

During the night & morning some heavy bursts of rain fell over province of Oost-Vlaanderen: within 6 hours locally more than 100 mm was collected, and this resulted in flooding on a relative large scale. Most affected was Maldegem, but also places like Zomergem, Ghent (Ledeberg, Gentbrugge, Drongen, Sint-Amandsberg & Mariakerke), Deinze, Nevele, Aalter, Knesselare had their share. |

| 29 | Around 0600 a light shower. From 1045 first rumbles of thunder were heard, around noon giving a heavy rain shower with small hail of around 0,5 cm. A total of 21 mm was collected within 45 minutes. Another weak thunderstorm with moderate rain passed around 1700 giving 5 mm. Last rumbles were heard around 2015 with passage of a light shower.
