Description: this factory fresh Piper was on October 4 1996 registered to Vliegclub Ursel, established on October 27 1978 and based at Ursel Air Base. Here it's seen such in the second livery adopted in 2016 carrying their titles on the nose (see also upper left inset). On the tail it has also 'The Victors Formation Team" titles which was established on July 6 2004 and number "4" (out of 4 airframes), it's still current.
