27/09/1986 Location: ANR/EBAW Photo: collection Skystef Description: this Merlin of EAT is wearing the full colors and was baptized "Jan" after the third kid of Frevag owner 'Freddy Van Gaever' as it was via Frevag nv delivered at Brussels on September 12 1986 as "YU-ALF". Five days later in came in the Belgian register, here seen such with also tiny red "DHL" titles in front below the cheatline. |

12/1989 Location: ANR/EBAW Photo: collection Skystef Description: on September 15 1989 it arrived at Antwerp in full EAT livery and went immediate in the paint shop over there where it was to be resprayed in the full livery of Frevag Airlines, here seen such, still baptized "Jan". |

07/1991 Location: ANR/EBAW Photo: collection Skystef Description: on December 26 1989, Frevag Airlines was merged with Servisair creating Flanders Airlines on January 1 1990. The airframe is depicted in the beige colors of Frevag with Flanders logo and titles adopted in late summer 1990. |

07/1990 Location: BRU/EBBR Photo: Paul Sanders Description: a proposed lease to Base Airlines fell through, and was seen such for the first time in May 1990, here captured stored in Frevag colors with small "Base Business Airlines" titles (see also upper left inset). It was operational for Flanders Airlines till being laid up at Brussels in September 1991, the airline itself closed its doors on February 10 1992 and afterwards it remained stored at Brussels until being cancelled on June 2 1993. It was ferried to Roskilde (Denmark) on June 20 1993 in the beige Frevag outfit with "Flanders Airlines" titles, still wearing the Belgian registration. |

06/1994 Location: SZG/LOWS Photo: collection Skystef Description: a proposed deal to a Danish operator seems not have materialized and and it came afterwards in the American register as "N548SM" for International Aviation Service. They didn't care much about changing the color scheme as depicted here and also the following two operators didn't alter the colors (see below). |
