Description: this second hand Piper was on September 5 2000 registered to Ben-Air Flight Academy (BAFA), a flight school established on May 19 1980 and based at Antwerp airport. The airframe itself arrived a month earlier on August 16 2000 as "D-EFMG" of the previous German user and made its first test flight on November 14 of the same year, here seen at it home base in their blue livery with "BAFA" tail titles and on its nose small "Ben Air Flight Academy titles" (see also upper left inset). On June 23 2010 it was withdrawn from use and donated as instructional airframe to the Stedelijk Lyceum Paardenmarkt near Antwerp airport where it still residents. On July 9 2010 it was cancelled from the register.
