Boeing 737-229 Advanced (20908)

Description: the second B737 of Sabena was delivered at Brussels on May 6 1974 but was in fact the first on Belgian soil as OO-SDA stayed a couple of weeks in the States for training. It went operational on May 13 (to Heathrow), being also the first one to carry out flights for Sabena. It is depicted in the first of two color schemes and was operational for Sabena till March 1988.

Description: by November 1 1974, there were some slight adjustments like adding small "belgian world airlines" titles and placing the registration in the cheatline.

Description: from March 3 1988 onwards it went to TEA, the registration "OO-TEZ was not accepted and remained active as "OO-SDB" till March 1991.

Description: it was temporary leased to TEA UK as "G-BTEC" between April 27 1989 and March 29 1990.

Description: between April 1 and October 30 1990, it was also leased to Tunis Air wearing these white colors.

Description: after these leases again in TEA colors but here seen without Belgian flag. It left for Venezuala on April 4 1991 being operated by Avensa as "YV-79C".
