13/03/1971 Location: ANR/EBAW Photo: collection Skystef Description: the sixth Douglas airframe of Delta Air Transport was delivered at Antwerp on March 13 1971 in all silver markings without titles which was the livery of its previous Norwegian operator Mey Air. It carried below the wing the registration "LN-RTW" and in the tail "KVG" and had so called "needle bladed propellers" which were thinner than the common ones. It officially entered the Belgian register on March 19 1971. |
