Cessna 201L Centurion II (60712)

Description: this factory fresh Cessna was registered on June 13 1975 to Western Aviation based at Amougies airfield, but a day later later delivered at Antwerp airport for a private user (P. Calluy) officially moving to this person on June 20. In January 1977 it migrated to Hessenatie-Neptunus also based at Antwerp airport and being its first airframe. After the company bought all shares of Sotramat it changed its name to Hessenatie-Sotramat Aviation on December 18 1978. Here it's depicted at Antwerp airport with in the tail still the old "HN" logo with small "Hessenatie Antwerpen" titles. On April 26 1981 it migrated to a private user (P. Devos) and based its aircraft at Wevelgem airport, a year later in co÷peration with the local based Servisair. On November 12 1983 it had to make an emergency landing at Rochechouart (France) and was afterwards confiscated by the French customs after drugs was found on board. On March 1 1984 it was cancelled from the register and after the necessary repairs were done it migrated in March 1986 to the French one as "F-ZBEQ / 712" for the Civil Border Protection.
