Description: this second hand Messerschmitt Bf 108 Taifun, rebuild in 1949 by the French Société Nationale de Constructions Aéronautiques du Nord and designated as Nord 1002 Pingouin II, was on May 21 1962 registered to a private user (A. Libeert) basing it at Moorsele airfield. Later on October 6 1964 it moved on to another private user (W. Broos) initially also based at Wevelgem airport, later at Antwerp airport, here seen such in a livery without titles.

Description: on January 2 1968 it was registered to Haluma pvba, established on March 16 1965 based at Antwerp airport and the aircraft being used for bannertowing. Here seen at its home base with "Haluma Luchttaxi" titles on the upper fuselage. On January 2 1970 its CofA did expire was seen dismantled at Lille airport (France) where it was in maintenance which didn't proceed as planned and later in 1970 it was confiscated by the French customs. On October 8 1973 it was auctionned by the French customs and disappeared from the Belgian register on December 12 1973, in disagreement by Haluma themself.
