Description: this factory fresh Cessna (build by Reims) was on December 22 1972 registered to Western Aviation Club based at Amougies airfield. By 1974 it moved on to Aero Club Herentals, established on April 29 1970 and based at Balen-Keiheuvel airport. In 1981 it moved on to Aeroclub Keiheuvel, established on October 18 1956 and based at the same airport. After been for sale since early 1988 it went on July 5 1989 to a private user (M. Bergmans), same airport and became after a long revision again operational on August 31 1990 in an updated all red color scheme. On June 3 1993 it went to another private user (L. Sassen) basing the Cessna at Antwerp airport. On September 12 1994 its life came to an end when damaged beyond repair on an emergency landing at Herentals (Belgium) after shutting down the engine due to a broken propellor, luckely both occupants (pilot L. Sassen and passenger M. Quirijnen) remained unharmed. It was cancelled from the register on September 8 2020 !
