Description: this factory fresh Piper was on November 5 1965 registered to Centre National de Vol à Voile (CNVV), established in 1950 and basing this airframe at Verviers airfield. In May 1977 it went to the Antwerpse Zweefclub Meeuw, established on January 1 1944 and based at Oud-Turnhout airfield, here depicted on a visit to Antwerp airport in a livery without titles. After a conflict with the airfield where it was based about high fees they moved in 1987 to Zoersel airfield. They obtained also the Royal title on January 28 1999 and the airframe is still current in the same livery.
