Description: this factory fresh Piper was on August 9 1965 registered to Centre National de Vol à Voile (CNVV), established in 1950 and basing this airframe at Ghent airfield. Later in the seventies, most probable in 1977, it went to Ghent Aviation Club which was established on January 1 1938, here seen such in a livery without titles. With this club it had on May 17 1986 an accident at Drongen (Belgium) and was afterwards sold to a private user (M. Hanquier) for restoration. But this never materialised and was laid up for years at his residence at Paal (Belgium). After been restorated by Aviation Service Center in 1994 at Hoeveven airfield, it went on June 9 of the same year to Vliegclub De Wouw / Aéroclub Le Milan established on October 14 1935 and based at Goetsenhoven Air Base, later in 2006 moving to Sint-Truiden Air Base. On March 24 2012 it left Goetsenhoven Air Base for Evora airport (Portugal) after been sold to a local owner there and was a month later on April 25 cancelled from the register, migrating afterwards to the German one as "D-EPJC".
