Description: this second hand Cessna was on June 25 1993 registered to a private user (P. Winters) basing it at Hoevenen airfield. On March 4 1994 it migrated to Aero Para Club der Kempen established on November 24 1973 and based at Zoersel airfield, here seen in a livery without titles. On January 8 2009 it was cancelled from the register, went afterwards to Czechia and became "OK-WIA" for Letov Air Flight Services.
