Description: this second hand Piper was on February 3 1976 registered to a private user (G. Ottevaere) basing it at Wevelgem airport. Later that year it moved to the Kortrijk Flying Club, established on November 29 1969 and also based at Wevelgem airport. Here depicted such in a livery inhereted from the previous Dutch operator Nationale Luchtvaartschool, but without titles. On August 27 1989 it was severey damaged when it overran the rwy on a hard landing at Zottegem airfield, luckely without casualties of the two on board. It was not repaired and later in 1996 seen as eyecatcher at Bellewaerde Park at Ieper (Belgium). It was cancelled from the register on March 26 1999 and in 2006 seen as eyecatcher in the Walligator Park at Metz (France), but was a year later broken up there.
