Description: this factory fresh Cessna (build by Reims) was on December 24 1970 registered for 50% to Travair, established on February 20 1967 as taxi operator at Antwerp airport and 50% to a private user (G. Taeymans), also Antwerp airport. On November 26 1976 it went to a private user (L. Segers) basing it also at Antwerp airport. On August 16 1980 it was damaged beyond repair when it crashed shortly after an unmanned take off at Antwerp airport after engine starting trouble when the pilot prop-swung the engine starting it successfully but with a rather high power throttle setting and incorrectly set handbrake. It was cancelled from the register on September 10 1981. The wreckage was last noted end 1983 inside a hangar at Antwerp airport.
