Description: this factory fresh Piper was on March 13 1979 registered to Travair, established on February 20 1967 as taxi operator and based at Antwerp airport. It arrived at its home base ten days later (March 23 1979), here seen such in their livery with tail logo. In 1986 it was sold (but not registered) to a private user (J. Velleman) whereby the aircraft remained based at Antwerp airport. On September 11 1986 it was registered to ABK, and left Antwerp airport for Wevelgem airport six days later. On July 3 1998 it left the register and became afterwards "N82249" but remained with the same owner (J. Velleman Inc) based at Wevelgem airport. Later it moved on to Europexe still based at the same airport where on October 4 2013 it was damaged beyond repair during a heavy landing. It was cancelled from the American register on March 24 2015.
