Description: build in 1954, this second hand Piper was on October 29 1975 registered to the NATO Flying Club based at Grimbergen airfield. Here depicted such in a camouflage outfit inhereted from its previous user the Royal Netherlands Air Force and with a small sticker of the club's logo in the tail saying "NATO - OTAN Aeroclub". In 1992 its base moved to Charleroi airport as Grimbergen airfield had temporary to close its doors due to political issues. On October 17 1996 it was cancelled from the register moving eleven days later to the English one as "G-OTAN" for a private user Alexander Esmaill.
