Description: this A340 of Sabena arrived at Brussels on April 10 1997 after spending the previous three years with Air France. It adopted the second (of two) color schemes on December 18 1998 and was operational till the demise of Sabena on November 7 2001.

Description: when leased by Lufthansa in 2003, it still carried the full markings of Sabena but with the French test registration "F-WQRH" when ferried to Germany from its storage place at Chateauroux.

Description: still in Sabena markings but now with registration of Lufthansa "D-AIMF" + German flag and shortly afterwards painted in the colors of the German flag carrier.
