Description: Air Exel first Saab airframe was in the begin leased to Süd-Avia of Germany which had (just like Air Exel) a link with Alphalines of Switzerland, here seen with Swedish test registration "SE-F63" but already in the colors of Air Exel.

Description: shortly afterwards seen with Swiss registration "HB-AHZ". It did not operate a lot for the German carrier and when it went into liquidation in April 1990 it was instead leased to Crossair who lost earlier in February a Saab 340 in an accident.

Description: from December 28 1990 onwards, it was officially leased to the Belgian carrier still registered as "HB-AHZ", here seen with tiny "STILL" titles right of the entrance door.

Description: but it was already noted one month earlier for proving flights at Brussels.

Description: the other side was for a while devoid of titles.

Description: later in 1991, on both sides seen with slightly larger titles, it was operational till the airlines closure on December 17 1991.

Description: its next operator was Czechoslovak Tatra Air with registration "OK-UGU" and at first it still wore the colors of Air Exel as seen here.
