Description: this second hand Cessna build in 1973 was registered on August 6 1991 to R.S.T. Aviation (of business user R. Steinmetz and established on May 30 1991) operated by I.B.I.S. (International Business & Industrial Services) and arrived a few months earlier on May 5 at its home base Antwerp airport as "N70451". On August 17 1991 it made its first flight with Belgian regi and is here depicted such in a livery without titles. On July 4 1994 it was cancelled from the register going afterwards again to the American register as "N70MG" for MGM Aircraft Sales & Leasing.
