Description: this second hand Messerschmitt Bf 108 Taifun of 1943, rebuild in 1945 by the French Société Nationale de Constructions Aéronautiques du Nord and designated as Nord 1002 Pingouin II, was registered on October 25 1961 to Aero Nord based at Moorsele airfield. On July 3 1967 it was sold to a broker (Y. Delnatte) which a year later, on July 8, resold it to a private user (J-J. Bouland) basing the airframe at Grimbergen airfield. Here seen such when making a visit to Antwerp airport in a livery without titles. In 1973 it was sold to the USA and was ferried from Grimbergen airfield to Rotterdam airport on September 12 1973, over there dismantled and three days later arriving at Rotterdam harbour in a container for shipment to the States. It was cancelled from the register on September 24 1973 and became "N108H" for a private user Richard Tracy.
