Description: this factory fresh Cessna (build by Reims) was registered on January 15 1971 to Ostend airport based Belgian Aero Company which was established on April 4 1970, here seen such in a livery without titles when visiting Antwerp airport.

Description: on August 15 1976 it migrated to Merlin Air Trade, established on November 23 1972 and also based at Ostend airport, here seen such (again at Antwerp airport) in a livery without tiltes. It had an accident at Ostend airport on November 8 1982 when after landing during taxi it was blown upside down by gale force winds, luckely with no casualties of the two occupants on board. Repairs were postponed, its CofA did expire on July 13 1983 and afterwards it was unofficially sold to a private owner (F. Smolders) who stored it in its garage at Schilde (Belgium). When he passed away ' the remains ' were in May 2013 transported to Antwerp airport and it was cancelled from the register on April 6 2020.
