Description: build in 1959, this second hand FW Piaggio (ex Luftwaffe) was registered on Januay 16 1973 to Skyworks establised on January 1 1970 and based at Antwerp airport. It was purchased for a resale and on June 1 1974 it was seen repainted in a new livery without titles for a proposed sale in the Netherlands whereby the regi "PH-ABU" was reserved but ultimate not taken up. On July 31 1977, while enroute, it was damaged beyond repair at Markerwaard (the Netherlands) on an emergency landing in a field due to an engine failure, hit a barrier and ditched into a canal. Later the wreckage was transported to Antwerp airport for spares being sold to a private user (A. De Bondt) and on January 26 1983 it was cancelled from the register. The last trace (its fuselage) was seen in the late eighties with a scrap dealer at Rumst (Belgium).
