Description: this factory fresh Piper was on September 17 1976 registered to Locatrans nv based at Grimbergen airfield. On January 15 1981 it was sold to European Air Transport for its flight school also based at Grimbergen airfield, here seen with small "European Air Transport" titles above the registration (see also upper left inset). On March 21 1983 it moved on to a private owner (J. D'Haenens) based at Ostend airport retaining the same livery and later in the eighties and nineties another trio operators/owners would follow, initially in the same livery, but this changed in a new outfit in the summer of 1995. The last Belgian operator was since July 12 2006 the Belgian Flight School (BFS) based at Charleroi airport. On October 19 2011 it was cancelled from the register migrating afterwards to France as "F-GJPS" for Gilles Polomé Aviation.
