Description: this second hand Piper was registered on November 26 1965 to a private user (R. Tjolle) and based its aircraft at Antwerp airport. Later in the sixties more private users followed, the first one on April 13 1966 was J. Bayet, followed on June 16 1969 by Y. Blochousse, both Antwerp based. Here seen rolling on the tarmac, when with the second private owner, in front of a couple DC-3's of DAT and a particularity in this shot is the fact that it's seen carrying a logo in the tail of the Royal Antwerp Aviation Club (R.A.A.C.) when it celebrated its 40th anniverisary (was established on November 3 1927), to which it was sometimes at disposal. On June 21 1972 it came in the hands of another private user (J. Lesire) and the last one was J. Luycks from October 11 1972 onwards, again both based at Antwerp airport. Later it was seen laid up inside a hangar at Grimbergen airfield. On December 13 1982 it was cancelled from the register with its fuselage still stored inside the hangar. On November 9 1985 it was moved to Kiewit airfield for restoration. It left its location on a trailer on September 20 1986 for England and was on January 7 1987 registered as "G-BNED" for a private user Peter Storey where it ended its career in 2007.
