Description: this second hand vintage Beech, build in 1951 for the USAAF, arrived at Antwerp airport in 1960 as "N9482Z" of previous owner Donald A. McGovern. It was registered on December 28 1960 to Aviation Benelux s.p.r.l. based at Antwerp airport. According its travel diary it made a 45 minutes local test flight with American registration on April 27 1961. For its airworthness in the Belgian register it made an acceptance flight of 1h20 a few weeks later on May 9 whereby some shortcomings were found so no certificat was given. Afterwards it didn't make a single flight and was at first stored inside a hangar and from the mid sixties onwards outside. Here seen such in a bare metal livery without titles and also without a registration as it was wiped out after some local folks painted a fake Congolese registration on it. According testimonies of these local folks it never carried a visible Belgian registration on the outside.

Description: at a later stage seen with mother nature slowly taken over. It was broken up at Antwerp airport and cancelled from the register on June 4 1968.
