Description: this vintage 1953 build Piper (ex USAAF and ex Belgian Air Force "OL-L20") came in the Belgian register on January 26 1972 for B.S.D. Aeroclub F.B.A., established on October 15 1964 and based at Butzweilerhof Air Base (Germany), here seen such in a livery with the club's logo in the tail. After the Belgian Army withdrew their activities in Germany in 1996, the company was renamed on July 10 1997 to the Aéroclub de la Force Terrestre / Aeroclub van de Landmacht based at Liège airport and continued operating for them. On January 24 2003 it was damaged on landing at Liège airport and was only repaired in 2018 by Raymond's Aircraft Restoration at Antwerp airport. After this job was done it moved on April 23 2019 to a couple private users (T. Cuypers & R. Cuypers) basing their airframe also at Antwerp airport. Since October 2 2024 it's with Yeevel bv, same airport based.
