Description:his second hand Piper was on September 24 1991 registered to SHAPE Flying Association based at Chievres Air Base, here seen in the second livery (of two) without titles. After the club was dissolved it was on November 17 2003 cancelled from the register and migrated afterwards to Germany as "D-EZEN" for a private user.
