26/11/1977 Location: ANR/EBAW Photo: collection Skystef Description: this second hand Aero Commander was registered on February 2 1968 to Aero Survey, a remote sensing company established on February 8 1962 with head office in Sint-Niklaas (Belgium). Its aircraft was based at Antwerp airport and here depicted such when parked in between duties on a random Saturday. It carried tiny "Aero Survey" titles below the cockpit windows and it's livery was inhereted from its previous German operator "IFL". |

01/04/1991 Location: BRU/EBBR Photo: Skystef Description: the company voluntary ceased all its activities on September 3 1985 and applied for bankruptcy. With a new owner, they restarted under the same name on April 11 1986 and carried on with this airframe for another decade, even after ownership changed in September 1990 when all shares were taken over by Belconsulting, owner of Eurosense Belfotop its biggest competor in this market. Here seen such in the same livery taken from the other side. When Aero Survey ceased its own flying activities in 1994, the airframe was on March 23 of the same year cancelled as "N787RP" for Robert Palmer but remained operating for Eurosense Belfotop based at Brussels Airport. On January 31 1995 it moved on to Aircenter Inc. |
