It was one of three DC-7's of which the regi started with "C" as it was to be operated in the Belgian Congo. |

03/1964 Location: BRU/EBBR Photo: collection Skystef Description: from May 1963 onwards it was leased for five years to Caledonian Airways as "G-ASIV". After this lease on October 21 1963, it was laid up at Brussels for another three years, here seen such in a neutralized livery without titles, before finding a new owner under form of Südflug (of Germany) as "D-ABAK". |
