04/1969 Location: -/EBGB Photo: collection Skystef Description: this factory fresh helicopter was registered on August 29 1968 to Brussels Airways (but with an Air Operator's Certificate of Publi-Air) which was set up on September 4 1967 by Charly De Pauw, a project developer of Brussels and this helicopter was based at Grimbergen airfield. Here seen in its full outfit devoid of titles but with the "AB" logo at the backside of the fuselage. At a later stage "Brussels Airways" titles were added just like seen with sistership OO-CDP. On April 23 1971 it was cancelled to Air Wasteels as "F-BSUH" but came back to Brussels Airways as "OO-HUH" on April 10 1974. It was on October 9 1974 again cancelled to France as "F-BVPV" but possible never left Grimbergen airfield as it was most probable damaged beyond repair and seen without rotors during the summer of 1977, still in full Brussels Airways outfit. |
