early 70's Location: ANR/EBAW Photo: collection Skystef Description: on March 6 1970 it went to another private user (D. Van Oostvelt) basing the airframe at Antwerp airport. It had an accident at Keiheuvel airfield on August 18 1971 but was repaired. On January 14 1974 it went to Air Training and Taxi Center, established on December 24 1970 and basing the aircraft at Charleroi airport, here seen such on a visit to Antwerp airport and baptized "Jan Olieslagers". In August 1974 it went to a couple private owners (G. Dutordoir & R. Thierry), same airport. It crashed at Courchevel airfield (France) on April 5 1978 without further details of the accident but it was apparently a write-off as it never took the sky again being cancelled from the register 35 years (!!!) later, namely on January 24 2013. |
