Date: 03/03/2022 Location: BRU/EBBR Photo: Skystef Description: the first B747-8F of Air Belgium, an ex Saudi Arabian airframe, arrived at Brussels on January 25 2022 as "M-ABOW" in the depicted hybrid livery as it was to be operated by the Chinese Hongyuan Group on flights between Brussels and China. It was stored for a while pending certification in the Belgian register, here depicted such with the Isle of Man registration with the Brussels air traffic control tower in the background and it was supposed to become "OO-ABI" but this was not the case. |

Date: 10/05/2022 Location: BRU/EBBR Photo: Skystef Description: it made a local test flight on March 19 2022 and was three days later registered "OE-LFD". A couple months later it became operational on May 8, here seen on its second flight and it's still current. |
