History: was formed by GPA Group Ltd in 1988 to operate parcel services within Europe, with its main hub at Brussels, selling its cargo capacity to other companies. Services started on March 31 1989 but oversize capacity, poor performance of the ageing fleet and lack of support grounded these operations already on July 28 1989. European Expedite changed hands to European Express Holdings nv, and mid 1990 restarted parcel services with a single Beech 99. But also this second attempt was not very succesfull and operations ceased definite mid 1992.
